Cypress trees, ancient live oaks and a multitude of flora and fauna.

Doing the Loop
Designed by Arthur Hills in 1987, the private course in the Tampa Palms development is situated in 175 acres of protected wetlands. With a long and narrow tract and water or wetlands everywhere, there's no room for erratic tee shots.

Watch out for
The signature hole is the par-three 17th, which was played as No. 18 for the Senior Tour event. Hit a mid- to long-iron shot over water and try to land on a peninsula green.

The Clubhouse
The 55,000-square-foot establishment includes two private dining rooms, a grand ballroom that can accommodate 250 people, full gourmet dining and 25 guest suites.
