worst pedicure ever. worst pedicure I ever had...........I get pedicures on a regular basis & tried this salon; my polish chipped after 2 days & the nail tech did not walk me to the front when I was finished. She didn't even come back to let me know when my polish was dry. After 15 minutes of sitting there, I got up & paid & left. This salon has the most unprofessional people working there & stay away; there are MUCH better salons/spas in the area. I recommend Avalon.

Really great folks on the spa side!. This is a great spa. The girls who work there, marisella for massage and rebecca for facials and waxing are GREAT. They don't advertise the spa side too much which is a shame so many don't know it's here. Thanks, ladies!

Bostonian Salon. I was extremely dissatisfied with the job done. I left the building and burst into tears and I haven't cried like that in I don't know how long. I got a full highlight/lowlight and I even brought in a high defintion picture from a magazine to show the lady exactly what I wanted. She was very friendly and amiable but all in all after the job was done I looked polar opposite from the picture I had given her. I took a ruler and measured where the highlights began and it was 3/4 of an inch from the beginning of my hair!! It looked like it had been growing out for a month but worse than that were the colors she used. My highlight color looked like someone had taken yellow paint and highlighter fluid and took several golden striped sh*ts, and the lowlight even had a reddish tint which was god awful! Then she left a lot of my natural color (DARK brown) and you could see dark then bright yellow, like a retarded bumble bee. I have yellow brick road on my fricking head. My delta premiere (like prom and homecoming all into one for my sorority) tomorrow night and I am now not going because I look like this. I just can't believe it because I even called them as soon as I left because I knew if I talked to them about it in the salon I would burst into tears and I asked them for a partial refund and the stylist just said "Well, I think I did a good job and I'm not going to apologize for that." She said that while I was blubbering my eyes out like a little girl but my sorority dance meant so much to me and now I can't stand to go in a grocery store, let alone attend the dance. Oh and they told me it would be starting at $80 which I thought was a little high but I wanted to look good and they ended up giving me a bill for $215!! What the heck?! I never knew you were allowed to charge so much for such a crappy job, but apparently if you get the lady named Jackie or her sister, the top stylist, you'll be in good hands no matter what you get. So if you go just get Jackie or her sister.

Great salon...nice people. A family run salon--the stylists all seem to be good friends. Atmosphere is professional and pampering. Experienced stylists are good price for their level of skill.

Unprofessional Manager. Very unprofessional and I felt that she didn't want to listen to what I had to say. They made me feel unwanted and tried to pressure me to do something I didnt want to do. Please don't waste your time.

Professional, Pampering and Hip!. I'm very impressed with my senior stylist at the Bostonian. He went above and beyond to listen to my concerns and provide suggestions. He called prior to my first appointment for a phone consultation! He obviously loves what he does and is very good at it. I walked in feeing I was in good hands and walked out feeling better about my hair than I have in a long, long time. The salon is a bit pricey but you certainly walk out feeling as though you've received good service.
