Perhaps the nicest of the Tampa municipal courses, Rocky Point has benefited from teaming up with the Tampa Sports Authority.. The Scene


Many improvements have been made to this course recently. The course is well maintained and the new clubhouse and restaurant under a canopy of trees provide a nice place to stop after a round. Water comes into play on 12 holes at Rocky Point and low flying airplanes from nearby Tampa International Airport can easily provoke a three putt. Due to its location tee times are tough to come by, so it is recommended that you call five days in advance.
