WASTE of MONEY !!!. The place looks cheap and out of style. I had a bad experience with Christine , who was recently promoted? I had asked for the previous color that I used at the salon, however, she either mixed it wrong or used the wrong color as it did not match at all . She charged extra for highlights but I can barely see them. I usually never write reviews, but feel I need to warn future customers!

lastly, during the shampooing, they are supposed to massage the scalp, but she used limp hands, felt like fish hands, afterwards I was not satisfied with scalp massage, i feel like i was over charge…

You'll be spoiled!. I had a great experience at this salon. For a basic haircut they gave me a consultation where I felt like the stylist was really listening to me, a wash plus scalp massage, a cut, and a style. People around the whole salon kept asking me if I wanted a drink or if they could get me anything. The stylist gave me a trendy cut that is super easy to take care of. She was very receptive of my opinion and she asked me questions about the cut during the whole process. The price of your cut depends on what level the stylist is at so the fee can be very reasonable. My stylist was a mid range rank. I will definitely be making another appointment soon!…

You get what you pay for! 5 stars. I started coming to Tribeca almost a year ago. I had been looking for a permanent stylist and had experienced a lot of stylists that didn't listen to what I wanted, and who have butchered my hair and left me in tears.

I discovered Tribeca through a recommendation of a friend and I will not go anywhere else f4rom now on. You get what you pay for at cheaper salons with brassy color and crappy cuts. At Tribeca, I walk in to and am always greeted promptly with a beverage. The wait is always short to see my stylist: her name is Deborah and she is simply amazing. She listens to what I want to do but can temper it with her extensive knowledge and experience about my hair type and what will and will not work for my hair. I love it here. The price is a little steep but completely worth it knowing I have a stylist I can trust to make me look fabulous every time.…

Chelsea on Kennedy location - Great!. I have been going to Chelsea who works in their Kennedy location. I have naturally dirty blonde hair and i have done highlights and lowlights for about 2 years with her. She always does EXACTLY what I ask and i have never once been disatisfied. Last time I was there, we went super dark brown and it came out great. I am in the process of going back to blonde and i highly reccommend her for anyone with naturally lighter hair who likes to do highlights and/or low lights!…
