A FANTASTIC HAIRCUT

I went to Chad a few day's ago. He did a "FANTASTIC" job!! We first talked about what needed to be done to my hair and what I could expect. It turned out great. I really liked that I have finally found a fantastic hair dresser in Tampa!! I will surely recommend him to all my friends!

Scam for what you pay

I've always paid a lot to get my hair done. It's long and I love getting low light in the winter and highlights in the summer. When I first walked into this salon the customer service pp where like ugh. No interest in being nice or professional. On top of that the salon decor/interior was horrible. If you are a the so called number one on yahoo, you should at least somewhat present your self as that. I got Jennifer to do my hair,which overall she was a very sweet girl. I brought in pictures of the hair cut I wanted

(wanted to go shorter this time) and also explained to her how my brownish red is just fading away and I wanted something more Standish out. I stayed there for two and half hours. I ended up paying with tip $140!!!!! FOR....nothing. My hair was just a trim and nobody in my family or friends even noticed my low lights. It was horrible. Even though she was prob trying to play it save...I wish she would of listened to me a bit. Sadly I will not go back nor recommend this place to anyone.

SOOOOO impressed

I have been looking for a quality hair salon for a LONG time!!! I did a little bit of research and discovered Salon Jack. From the first contact on the phone, I was impressed. I was treated with a great deal respect and professionalism throughout my entire appointment. My stylist Gina was extremely personable and took the time to listen to my requests. She did an excellent job on my hair and I can say I will be back.

Also while I was there I couldn't help but notice the owner's style. You can see his passion for the industry and I swear it looked like he individually cut each strand of hair. He was thorough and definitely paid a great deal of attention to detail!!!

Good Salon

Overall good salon and nice people! Requested appointment online, I recieved a quick response for the time I asked for. A day later the owner emailed asking if I could come in a little earlier which was perfect because I had somewhere to be that afternoon. I got to the salon at the time he asked me to be there and they only had the original time down. I'm a pretty laid back person so it didnt really bother me but I noticed that someone else walked in later with another appointment mix up. So not really a bad issue but just be sure to call and clarify! Other than that not much bad, pricing was a little wierd but good enviroment, people and service.

Waste of time!

Made an appt online, showed up, I WAS NOT IN THEIR SYSTEM, the receptionist thought it was funny, "Yeah, that's not working so well yet (web page)"...was asked for my contact # & email, then asked to make an appt for the next week....after wasting my time & gas, I said no thank you & left. The receptionist runs outside & says "Chad wants you to come back in to answer questions about the webpage"...really? My response, "My time is valuable, if I am not to receive a service, why should I waste any more of my time?" Never received an apology/call/email....I guess they have all the clients they need.
