A Sure Thing!. I love the fact that every time I go in to see Chad that I am going to leave with a great haircut. For 3 years now he has been cutting my hair and I have never had a problem with the job he does. My haircut is $80.00 and has been that same price since i started seeing him. More like Salon JOKE. Supercuts quality at designer prices. These people must have paid for their "best in Tampa" title. They absolutely butchered my hair and then on top of that did nothing about it except charge me $90!!!! I have curly long hair that I've been getting cut at Oribe in Miami when I'm down there for work...well, I haven't been down there in a while so I came to Salon Joke, err, Salon Jack for a bang trim and the stylist recommended I shorten some of the layers around my face as well. I agreed to let him do it, with the caveat that I only wanted a cut that worked with my natural hair texture as I do not use heat styling or product for anything except special occasions. I also told him I work out a lot and I have to be able to put all of my hair in a ponytail. Well, he cut my curls WAY too short, now my hair sticks out from my face in multiple directions!!! It will take at least a year or two before I can put my hair in a ponytail!!! The stylist DID NOT LISTEN to me and now I have exactly the problems I asked him to avoid. To add insult to injury, I paid for a conditioning mask treatment here (the same one I always get for free at Oribe), and my hair is worse because the blowout he gave me was so AWFUL that he completely fried the ends of my hair. It actually smelled burnt. I immediately left and bought a morroccanoil treatment to do on myself at home. It didn't even look good. he blew my hair dry with a paddle brush and finished it with a round brush....but there was NO shape AT ALL to it. He basically just blasted the hair with extremely high heat and didn't bother to style it at all. The salon kept telling me someone would call me...I let them know I got the haircut for a trip I'm going on tomorrow, so they would have had to fix it yesterday, but instead decided it would be better to tell me that someone would call me shortly and then ignored me for the rest of the day until the salon closed. For all of this I paid $90. FYI, Oribe charges me $75 for the same service and I always leave there happy and looking great, because it's a salon where people actually know hair and they care about their customers - unlike Salon Jack, where I left with a disaster that will take me more than a year to grow out. This is the absolute worst salon experience I have ever had. You're better off cutting/styling it yourself if you want to look decent. If you feel like playing roulette with your appearance, s*percuts is much cheaper!…

It's Perfect For Me!. First time visiting the Tampa Bay area, coming in from Boston I found the salon online, read all the review's, I made my appointment online on a Sunday and they did my hair that following Tuesday. I was pleasantly surprised that online booking would turn around that fast. It was a great way for me to spend a early Tuesday morning in a new place. Great Color and Great Haircut!!! the customer service was wonderful. Walked out looking like a million bucks. Had highlights & a color, and a great haircut. The prices was good.…
