Wrong, Rude & Sloppy. I have had the misfortune of dealing with these folks to service my Rolex and repair a gold braclet clasp. The crystal they replaced on the Rolex was a knock off imitation. They did not tell me it would be ahead of time nor when I picked it back up. They got glue on the inside of the watch and refused to do the job correctly. I ended up having to ship the watch back to switzerland to have Rolex make the repair. My other item, a gold braclet was fixed incorrectly as well. The clasp had a notch so that it would click once in place. They eliminated the notch & I eliminated Ron from my life. The reason they got 1 star is because you can not choose zero.

Arthur Yates Tampa Jewelers. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The jeweler is exceptional. The work is done very well and within the quoted time, not to mention affordable. I prefer to support local, family owned businesses as long as they treat me well and they did. I will recommend them for any jewelry needs and will return for more work. Thanks!

Lighten up. Enjoy your shopping expedition. In fact, you might want to bring your Mexican sombrero.. Propositional Phrases
The sales people you'll find here are consultants trained not only in the jewelry business but fashion as well. But don't worry about a hard sell, this is an old-fashioned jewelry store and not at all snooty. You'll find a range of shoppers here from the unseasoned, as in economically challenged, to wealthy, repeat clients. The staff also is very knowledgeable and willing to work with prices. In fact, this place is so small it might help to think Mexican vacation when you're here. In other words, don't be afraid to name your price.

Behind the Glass
Since the jewelry is primarily new estate and not antique fine estate jewelry, you'll find an eclectic collection of quality mixed in with some, well shall we say, not so fine pieces. There's also a nice selection of jewelry that has not been previously owned. Probably the most interesting piece here currently is a $30,000 antique platinum diamond and sapphire ring.
