Best Pizza in Tampa. We eat at Cesare's whenever we can. Best pizza in Tampa. Hands down. In fact, we always order extra to take home.

Cesare's is a Tampa fixture since 1976. Cesare's daughter Silvana runs it now and she's a character to say the least. Silvana's mama is there everyday. It doesn't get any more of a family business than that.

Do yourself a favor, give it a try.

SIMPLY THE BEST, BETTER THAN ALL THE REST!. Hand's down the best Spinach pizza anywhere! Alright, all the pizza's are good here, but that's my favorite! Silvana Bastone continues to carry on her father's tradition w/ superior homemade everything! This is a taste from home for this Native New Yorker. Check out her homemade baked goods too!

BEST PIZZA IN TAMPA!!!. Other pizza places have opened and tried to duplicate the authentic homemade taste of Cesare's but nobody has been able to consistently keep the quality along with the superior taste as they do. Highly recommend this place for Italian food. Cannot get more authentic than this in the area. You can almost imagine being in NY in Little Italy. Family operated and everything homemade. Ask for the gelato too.

Best Italian food. They have the freshest and most authentic Italian food in the Tampa Bay Area. Homemade dough,sauce, and imported cheese no one beats them. All in a comfortable family run setting.

perfecto!. delicious everything - generous with toppings, great sausage and fresh tomatoes. you must pay in cash, and the atmosphere is basic - but you come for the pizza!
