1950s diner fries up fast-food classics 24 hours a day.. In Short
Entering the clean, bright interior is like stepping into an "Archie" comic book. Hurrying across white- and black-checkered floors, staff in crisp white shirts and paper hats take orders, polish chrome and shuffle between booths and the full-service counter. Middle-American diner standards dominate the menu--pickle-covered steak burgers, chili cheeseburgers and thick shakes. Healthier options include chicken, chef and taco salads.

great for a midnight snack. i love steak n shake because thats all you really need to order from there. they have the best hamburgers and milkshakes in the south and everything is made fresh to order.

Steak N Shake this way. I agree about Steak N Shake. They have some of the most delicious food & burgers there. I love their fries as well.

Very different. Have only been there once but really liked the place. Reminds me of the old soda shop. Great atmosphere and food choices. Food was OK, nothing exceptional

Good chow. Steak N Shake has the best burgers in the South. The joint is clean, service is quick and the gals are beauiful.

'the BEST'. All I NEED to say is Steak N Shake.....keep up the good work. Your burgers and chili of all ways is the BEST!! McDonalds...move over.....Steak N Shake has the shake on fries.

a whole lotta shakin goin on. The meat is all beef and not filled with alot of additives and its always cooked fresh.

Wimpy lives here!. Easy to get to. Burger is cooked the way you want it. Fries are great. Lots of combo plates to select.
