BEST STORE AROUND. I had a big party for my wife planned and need to WOW gift. I told them the price I had to stay in. They found the necklace that knocked her socks off. We now only go to Ackerman. They are Honest and that is hard to find...

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!. I visited Ackerman Jewelers this week to purchase a new wedding band for my husband. The sales associate starting showing me wedding bands that were around $2000. I informed her that my price range was around $500 for the ring. Her attitude completely changed. Her attitude made me feel as if my "small" amount of money is not good in her store. What she did not know is that I also needed some jewelry repaired as well as a new watch for my husband. I went somewhere else and purchased a ring, the watch, and had my repairs done and it was around $1000. I will never visit this store again. Unless you are planning on spending $2000 then they will make you feel as if you are not good enough for their store. I will never refer this company to anyone I know looking for jewelry!
