This is a horribly unprofessional outfit. I hope that this makes a difference for someone who is shopping for an answering service because I have no ill-intent in writing this negative review- I hope to simply state some of my interactions. Recently I used this service and was constantly shocked at the totally unprofessional results that were delivered by this answering service. It amazes me that it can be so difficult to follow a simple script and answer calls- something that seemed to be impossible for this company.

I would strongly recommend against using this company due to the fact that it does not deliver on what is promised and has had a negative consequence to my earning new customers. The people answering the phone are horribly uninformed and down right rude on a shockingly consistent basis, something that will reflect poorly on your business if you use their service.
