Alex's Bbq

When it's fresh it's the best. Best barbecue I had since I was a child, however, that's when it's fresh. They continue to sell it when it's gone bad. After 3 bad experiences, I had to stop going there. It's unfortunate that they don't watch the quality, and continue to sell it when it should be thrown away. If you know what day they cook it great, but since I don't and I don't have the nerve to call and ask them when they cook it, I will never eat there again.…

disappointed. very disappointing. corn on the cob was inedible, had sat in water all day and was nothing but mush. way to much sauce on barbeque (which itself was not bad, but not the best by any means), sauce should be served on the side. barbeque beans had way to much cinnamon seasoning, very sweet. if this is your preference, it is probably good food, just not my taste.

alex is obviously a fine man with his bikes for kids program, for which i will continue to donate. however, the quality of his food is not what i expected and unfortunately i will have to go elsewhere in the future for barbeque.…

Best People Around. I love their food, I'm a Southern Gal and it was sooo yummy (and messy). I also wanted to state that this restaurant has been supplying bikes for Hillsborough County School District kids during Christmas time who may not normally receive much! I wanted to thank the Owners and Staff from the bottom of my heart for helping out our kids. They are worth a trying out just to meet the kind of people who would donate HUNDREDS…
