Worst rental company out there!!!!. An absolute disappointment. Items that were preexisting issues in house were sent in to company and at end of rental we were charged for them. I fixed several things in house while living there. Management did not come out to do walk thru with us when requested before or after lease. If they had and there were issues they could have been addressed by us then (we had a month before lease was up plenty of time to fix issues.) they were too busy trying to push us out so they could get in new client. Manager does not like pets so they are not pet friendly. Would never use them again to rent from or do a contract listing with. After filing with BBB I spoke to actual office manager and relayed all info like he asked. He told me he would look into it and call me back. That was a week ago and i havent heard from him yet. Please dont get burned like I did take you business to people who will want to work with you.
