Went above and beyond!. I couldn't belive someone would spend so much time to help me out but I was pleasantly surprised. I was kinda lost walking into the store but after 30 minutes and talking to one of the salesmen I felt confident in buying my girlfriend's necklace. She has a thing for rubies but I couldn't find any setting I thought she'd like. They offered to design or make one for me but in the end, they changed out some of the stones in a diamond charm I really liked. I ended up spending half of what I thought I'd spend, and got the charm finished (and looking perfect) 2 hours later. I'm never going anywhere else.
