Called about a part and got a real run around if they had the right one or not. They seemed unwilling to check for me.
I found the exact part needed on the internet at the same cost. I would perfer to go to the actual store and support local businesses but I also expect excellent customer service where I shop. This was not the case at hand..............
- Pros: Appears to have a good stock
- Cons: People that work there are NOT very Helpful

You should never let a customer leave unhappy.
I would not recommend them for the casual cyclists.......................................................
