This review is from a bike shop owner who used this Schwinn dealer to order parts for his customer. It is written as a CUSTOMER, not a competitor. Parts that should have been in stock were ordered and promised in 5 days. On the 6th day, I called to confirm they were in. I was told by the manager that he thought they were never ordered, but would check. He put the phone on the table and yelled across the shop that he was going to lunch. I could not believe my ears! I waited 5 minutes, hung up and called back. I asked for him and was told that he went to lunch. I was told that my parts had come in but were lost. I called twice more and was finally told by the manager that they found my parts, but lost my phone number. (Yet they have known me for years, and called me weeks earlier to notify me of a stolen bike to keep my eyes out for.) When I told the manager how upset he had made me, he said It wasn't me, I did not do it and I can prove it. I don't take lunches. This customer is still fuming! I did get my parts 3 weeks late.
