About the School
The private school was established in 1899 as Sacred Heart College, Jesuit moved to its present location in 1955. It's one of 47 Jesuit secondary schools in the United States.

State Titles Won
Entering the 1999-2000 school year, the Tigers had won 11 championships. Soccer (5), baseball (2), basketball (2), cross country (1) and football (1).

Famous Former Athletes
Lou Piniella, Brad Radke and Dave Magadan.

Did you Know
In 1997 the baseball team was awarded the mythical national championship when Baseball America ranked them No. 1 in the U.S. — Eric Vician
