Don't rent here if you are handicapped. Don't rent here if you want to live in a nice place. This place isn't friendly, it's nasty. They show you the nice stuff and when you move in you get a crappy apartment, people leave here and apartments are empty all the time. I saw one guy move in on friday and move out on sunday. If I could move out I would but the cost to move again and break the lease is too high. I will not renew my lease. Oh and by the way you pay a water bill here. You pay monthly for a service to get rid of pests and if you don't use it, (my advice is you do) you still pay for it. There is only one compactor on the property and you have to take it to the compactor on your car or in your car step up and lift it into the unit, and if it's night time it's out into the parking lot all over the ground. Pool bathrooms are never open, people just do it in the bushes or pool. Cabinets in the apartment are as old as the building and damaged. Front Gate hasn't worked in years. Spa doesn't work and hasn't for years, all the jets are gone and it isn't heated. Just as warm or cold as the pool. Getting stuff fixed is a difficult, good luck with comunicating with staff, if you want something fixed you have to write an email or a letter. Don't ask in the office they don't care. Office staff is nasty to everyone once you live here a while. They only care about renting apartments here in the leasing office. Look very close and ask to see everything before you make the mistake I did.
