Wonderful Service. I can't say enough good things about Frances. She has spent endless hours helping me select the perfect frame and then will go to great lengths to make sure my complicated prescription is done perfectly. Frances is very personable and professional. She has a wide selection of frames that will appeal to the most discriminating tastes. It is a pleasure doing business with her.

Great Customer Service at an Optical Shop. There isn't a rating high enough to give Frances. I have been to Lens Crafters and Vision Works. They made my glasses incorrectly and then blamed it on the Doc. My Ophthalmologist recommended her 3 years ago and now I wouldn't go to anyone but her. She is personable and providing excellent customer service is what she does. She helped me get my bifocals just right. When I decided to go to progressives, again she helped me get the right lenses and make sure I was happy. I can't recommend her highly enough. You won't be sorry going to see Frances.

Great value and unmatched service. Frances takes her time with each customer showing them all their options. She has designer frames that are affordable and fashionable. Don't buy your frames anyplace else.
