Awesome Thai food...but do not go there if you are in a hurry!. I eat at Sukothai about once a week. I love their massaman chicken! The staff is friendly but sometimes slow. It is a great place if you are going to have a relaxed meal and are not in a hurry.

Not like it used to be. I had been away from Tampa for a few years. I had always said this was the best Thai food I had ever had. When I returned I went there for dinner. The interior was the same, which is a nice quiet atmosphere. However the service and food were mediocre at best. I returned there thinking perhaps it was just me, but found the food and service the same or worse than my previous visit.

I havent been to the Clearwater location yet, but I hope it is a better experience. This is actually the first time I ve ever written a review on a restaurant. But I was so disappointed in the experience, I wanted to vent

Good food and service. Food is good and freshly prepared. Service is attentive with a smile. The price is reasonable and there is a new location in New Tampa that is nice and contemporary.
