Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Employees, including the owner, were inconsiderate and provided mis-information causing my package containing Christmas gifts for my family to be shipped all over the country with no attempt to rectify the situation. I never write reviews, but I have never been so upset after getting of the phone with someone. If this post helps one less person go to this store, I have done my good deed for the day!
