Did the Right Thing - Service Department. Took my 2007 SRX in for a hub-bearing replacement. Both front wheels, especially the right, were making noise as if front wheels were about to fall off. The service department has made reparation for repair of this issue and I will be a continuing and loyal customer. The management staff were proactive and hands on of the issue and I fully appreciate their diligence.
Great to do business with; helpful and courteous. I have purchased or lease 5 cars from Ed Morse and have always had a pleasant experience. The staff of sales people, managers and service personnel are always polite and courteous. the service department always leaves my car clean and freshly washed. most repairs are completed upon the first complaint. the sales department bent over backwards to make sure we got into a car we liked this last time and the body shop (got damaged by a red-light runner in my old car) was also prompt and courteous. everyone I have dealt with has seemed geniunely concerned with my satisfaction. you don't get that very often in todays society. I would recommend that if you are in the maket for a new or used Cadillac and/or Saturn, you check out Ed Morse first.
