Horrible. I went and bought a new car at this dealership, and it was the worst mistake ever. They lied about when I was getting it, what my APR was, and so much more. I should have gone somewhere else, and even though I have free oil changes I will never step foot in that dealership again. I had even taken issues of the dishonesty to the GM and he basically just defended his people and never addressed the fact that I had been lied to by at least 5 people. AVOID this dealership, from sales to service.

do not trust their certified vehicles or service!!!!. I bought a "certified Toyota" and within three months a tire had blown out due to dry rotted, needed a new ignition, antenna motor went out, brakes needed to be replaced and they put my new tires on backwards (directional tire). In one month the car was in 4 times!!! I finally went to another dealership and found out that wires had been loosened in my ac and that was why it had gone out! Do not trust this dealership!!! The car was never "certified" and they did more damage while they "fixed" the car!!!

2nd entry-3 months later and the car is in the shop AGAIN! At least now I am taking it somewhere else. The engine light is on and there are electrical problems!!!! DO NOT TRUST TOYOTA OF TAMPA BAY!!!!!!!!
