This limited-service, all-suite property caters to a steady stream of families who have spent their days gazing at the animals and riding the rides and nearby Busch Gardens, the state's second largest theme park. The hotel also attracts the occasional academic visiting the University of South Florida or fans staying the night after a concert or game at the USF Sun Dome.

A okay!. I enjoyed my stay, all staff very pleasant. Breakfast was wonderful. Rooms are newly renovated and look great. will definitly return.
