Most luxurious spa in Tampa!. Spa Jardin in South Tampa is wonderful. My first visit there was two weeks ago and I've already made my next appointment for a facial.

The staff is professional, knowledgeable and even beautiful. The facial does not compare to any other. It is truly an experience to go to this spa. It's is beautifully decorated and smells wonderful, feels peaceful. This is exactly what you want when treating yourself to a massage, facial, or pedicure. It was a mini escape.

Krissy was my aesthetician and she was amazing! She did a beautiful job on my skin and really helped me to understand what products would work best for my particular issues. Not only that, but she understands that some people are on a tighter budget and cannot purchase a bunch of products at once, so she gave me options without being pushy and gave me samples of products (which I love) to try before buying. The moisturizer I purchased is perfect for my skin and I can see a difference already. She knows her stuff! I felt that she really cares about the long term care of my skin, not just getting me in and out the door like other spas in the area.

I am client for life and beyond satisfied with the care and service I received at Spa Jardin.

Not a good experience. I had not been to Spa Jardin, but based on the great things I'd heard about it I scheduled a manicure and pedicure there to try it out. I was there at my appointed time, but a regular customer came in at the same time without an appointment and asked to be squeezed in for a polish change. The owner of the salon looked over at me, shrugged, and told her employee to take the other customer first.

Not a good way to treat any customer, but especially not a new one! There are a lot of very nice day spas in South Tampa, and LeJardin suffers by comparison.

Fabulous service at Spa Jardin. I was recently at Melt Out getting waxed when I mentioned to my aesthetitician that I had a blemish on my face for several weeks that was really bothering me. She booked an appointment for me at the Spa Jardin, which is right next door, to get the blemish removed. When I showed up for my appointment, Melissa did an amazing job of removing the blemish and cleaning the surrounding area.

What I appreciate the most is that Melissa did not charge me for the service. Even though she blocked off the time for a full service appointment and took 15 minutes to address my concerns, she simply said it was no big deal to remove the blemish and it was not necessary to charge for the service. Well, the blemish was a big deal to me and I absolutely expected to pay to have it removed.

Needless to say, the service I received at the Spa Jardin was the best I have ever experienced at any spa ever. The decor is just gorgeous - a true delight for all of the senses. I also love the shop where I can be sure to find something extra special.

I highly recommend the Spa Jardin and when you are running short on time, Melt Out - where no appointments are necessary - is also a great place for waxing and quick mani/pedi.

Wonderful spa with great staff. I am a regular customer of Spa Jardin and wanted to write to let everyone know this is a top notch spa. I am in my mid 30's and really enjoy going to Spa Jardin even if it is for a quick wax. The pedicures are wonderful (thanks Dawn) and the staff is very accomodating. There is nothing better than a pedicure and a glass of wine. The atmosphere is beautiful and I always feel like I am in another world when I visit the spa. I have very sensitive skin and the facials are wonderful and Karen really takes the time to make sure that you get the most out of your visit. I highly recommend everyone try Spa Jardin because you will not regret it.

Spa Jardin = heaven. Spa Jardin is the nicest, most beautiful spa I've ever been to. They do a remarkable job keeping the spa fresh. It's a little different everytime you go - there's always something new to discover. Even the treatments are seasonal! The attention to detail is so refreshing, there are indulgences around every corner. It's like they thought of everything. Every employee I've come in contact with has been professional and friendly. Keep up the great work, ladies of Spa Jardin, you'll have my business for ever!!

p.s. If you're in a hurry, visit Melt Out for express services. It's right next door to the Spa, no appointments necessary - brilliant!

Nahh.. This spa is in my neighborhood so I was excited to get a gift certificate. I'm a veteran of spas all over the country and have taken many week-long spa vacations.

I finally had a chance to call to book services. Always get voicemail and never got a prompt call back. I have never had a real person answer.

I finally got my first service--just a simple manicure. I was the first appointment of the morning and the manicurist didn't take me promptly. She was very awkward with the file and the manicure wasn't the shape I'd asked for. However, she did have good advice on color and was very nice. just junior.

The product used stayed tacky for a good hour, which is more than any other product i have ever had applied in 30 yrs of manicures. I can appreciate not wanting to use rough chemicals, but I did not have an hour to sit around and dry. Perhaps I might've been told that when I booked and I would've booked another day.

Management needs to pay attention to more than the decor (which is lovely). They need to deliver on the service.

I have a busy life and I want someone to want my business enough to answer the phone and return calls promptly. I want to do business with spas that are run professionally and know the value of actually answering the phone and making clients feel welcome. Not this spa. It'll be a while before I use up the large GC, but once I do, I won't be back unless I see a change in customer servce. A shame because I use all the services they offer and they are two minutes from my home.

The BEST facial and massages in Tampa!!. I have had many facials in the Tampa Bay area and noone has come close to Spa Jardin. Melissa is simply amazing and I can't get enough. My skin has never looked this healthy and smooth. Although the price of the products are on the higher side, it is well worth it! Even my husband is hooked on these facials. He goes to Krissy and says that she is a miracle to the skincare business. Gloria gives excellent massages! Most people don't have the stregth to give a great massage, but Gloria has never failed! I love Spa Jardin and when we move out of South Tampa, I will still continue to use them.

Great Service & Decor. A treatment at Spa Jardin or Melt Out is like hanging out with your girlfriends in an incredible environment. There is always something new to see and the decor is just amazing. Relaxation in such a groovy way. I have had wonderful services at both locations and it is a great place to just relax while you wait for your apt. A place for relaxation and fun.

Best secret in south tampa!. I have been going to Spa Jardin for many years and continue to be amazed at how attentive the entire staff is to every detail. Every time I step in the door, I feel like I've stepped into happiness. I know that might sound a little silly, but you just have to go in there and you will totally understand what I am talking about. The music takes you away, the aroma from candles and herbs and of course, all the happy smiles from the staff - I just can't believe we have this place in Tampa. By the way - just checked out the new place next door - Melt Out. Fabulous!

As for the earlier comment regarding not getting calls returned, I know it would not be intentional for them to not return a phone call. I have personally seen the girls at the front desk working so fast to help everyone. They are all really sweet in there and I'm sure would love the chance to change your mind.
