Not the best customer service. More often than not when I call this place I get a recording, not a live person. I leave a message, but they never call me back. I have to keep calling back until I get a live person. Waste of my time.
Service and Satisfaction. Karen and Krissy are both amazing. Great facials, warm, inviting atmosphere; As a professional, its great to have a service to where one can decompress and unwind. I give it 2 thumbs up! On a side note, the manager, went out of her way to provide me with refreshments, snacks, the ultimate experience
Best Spa around!!. Received a facial with Krissy and an outdoor massage with Gloria and I have to say that it was fantastic!! I have never felt so relaxed and at ease. The atmosphere was terrific and that aroma of the spa was to die for. The outside area was so beautiful and tranquil. I have never seen a spa so beautifully decorated and arranged. The staff and owner were so kind and considerate and treated me like a queen. Has a cute little boutique area so while you wait you can walk around and just feel peaceful. I am thrilled to have found this place and plan on visiting frequently.
Best Facial Ever - by Krissy. Found this place by accident a few years back and have been loving it ever since. The staff is wonderful all around but Krissy is top notch! You will not find a better facial anywhere in the US. If you can get an appointment with her it is well worth the wait! She will treat you like a star...
Spa Jardin. Spend your money some where else..
They don't even think they deserve a single star. The owner is extremly unprofessional and was yelling at me on the phone while I was trying to figure out how to best solve the problem with the over charge on my credit card account. It took an entire day to get it fixed. I don't believe "The Owner" has any idea of what good customer service is. NONE. I have never been treated so poorly by an owner of a business in my life. The owner should be ashamed, You don't yell at clients. I didn't yell at you. I was trying to explain to you what your office manager had told me so that she would be able to help me in the situation I was in. I couldn't get a word in during our conversation on the phone because you wouldn't stop yelling. Do you really think that was apporate? I think you should have considered working with me and maybe LISTENED to me, and probably the situation wouldn't have gotten to the point that it did. Yelling at me and hanging up You lost a sale. Nice job! considering the economic times we are in.

Spa with great gifts too!. If you haven't been to Spa Jardin in a while or never been, you are really missing out! Every experience I have had there has been truly amazing. The attention to detail left me feeling so happy and "taken care of" that I'm dying to go back. But what I was most surprised about, was all of the great gift items they have now. There is an entire "Retail Room" with the coolest gift items. Not stuff you will see everywhere either. Now whenever I need a gift for a friend, I just stop in at Spa Jardin because I know I can find something really unique. Plus they package it all up so pretty and spray with this amazing scent. I think it's the kind of place you would see in New York or California, and here we are lucky enough to have it right here in Tampa!
silly rules. I thought I'd try it out. I love spas. Their policy is to take your credit card number to book an apt. I don't like leaving my card number and exp date etc., around where it may be used again. Since I don't know how they track things or if their employees, in writing down all of that information on the phone, decide to write it down and save. They were not at all understanding of this concern and acted like I should trust them, although they don't trust me enough to book an apt without all of that. It really turned me off and I found them to care more about themselves than their customers. There are plenty of places that do not make this ridiculous demand.
Fave-Fabulous!. This is my most favorite place in South Tampa and I have traveled the world and visited many spas! Without a doubt, each and every service is superb. All details are thought out, down to the most amazing smells that will follow you long after you leave Spa Jardin. The facials are the best in town and everyone in knows their pedicures are the longest lasting around. I also just love the staff, they are always bring me quaint teas and stuff to nibble on, I love it, they are all so fabulous!
Take in the scents and sounds. I just love Spa Jardin, not just for the great services, but sometimes on my way home from work I stop in to just take in the scents and sounds, and to see what is new in the retail boutique. They are very good at always having unique finds there. Anytime I need a gift, I go straight there to get it, they always have the perfect gift for anyone! And I love that when I leave I smell just as good as it did in there.
Best facial by Krissy. I have traveled all over and had many spa services , including facials but never have I had a facial like I had at Spa Jardin with Krissy. I had heard that her facials were amazing and that it was hard to get in with her , so I finaly got in and WOW! it was worth the wait. She knew exactly what I needed , she made me feel amazing and now I am a regular client. Everytime I go I am so pleased with my services from being greeted by Tasha to seeing Krissy and moving on to massage and nails. There are always fresh delicious snacks, exotic elixers and even the water is amaziing.You will always see a smile on everyones face and you will always leave feeling like your walking on air. Everyone has a beauty secret and Krissy at Spa Jardin is mine. AMAZING ALL AROUND!!!
