This spa is in my neighborhood so I was excited to get a gift certificate. I'm a veteran of spas all over the country and have taken many week-long spa vacations.

I finally had a chance to call to book services. Always get voicemail and never got a prompt call back. I have never had a real person answer.

I finally got my first service--just a simple manicure. I was the first appointment of the morning and the manicurist didn't take me promptly. She was very awkward with the file and the manicure wasn't the shape I'd asked for. However, she did have good advice on color and was very nice. just junior.

The product used stayed tacky for a good hour, which is more than any other product i have ever had applied in 30 yrs of manicures. I can appreciate not wanting to use rough chemicals, but I did not have an hour to sit around and dry. Perhaps I might've been told that when I booked and I would've booked another day.

Management needs to pay attention to more than the decor (which is lovely). They need to deliver on the service.

I have a busy life and I want someone to want my business enough to answer the phone and return calls promptly. I want to do business with spas that are run professionally and know the value of actually answering the phone and making clients feel welcome. Not this spa. It'll be a while before I use up the large GC, but once I do, I won't be back unless I see a change in customer servce. A shame because I use all the services they offer and they are two minutes from my home.

The BEST facial and massages in Tampa!!

I have had many facials in the Tampa Bay area and noone has come close to Spa Jardin. Melissa is simply amazing and I can't get enough. My skin has never looked this healthy and smooth. Although the price of the products are on the higher side, it is well worth it! Even my husband is hooked on these facials. He goes to Krissy and says that she is a miracle to the skincare business. Gloria gives excellent massages! Most people don't have the stregth to give a great massage, but Gloria has never failed! I love Spa Jardin and when we move out of South Tampa, I will still continue to use them.
