I BOUGHT FLOWERS FOR A FUNERAL AND THEY WERE ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT I THOUGHT I WOULD GET FOR THE MONEY.THE SHOP HAS RECENTLY CHANGED OWNERSHIP AND I WAS SURPRISED TO SEE THE SAME GREAT AND FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES.I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH WHAT I GOT FOR THE MONEY AND THE SHOP IS SO COZY AND WONDERFULL TO BROWSE AROUND.WONDERFULL DESIGN AND THEY MADE ME FEEL RIGHT AT HOME,I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS FLOWER SHOP TO ANYONE WHO LIKES TO FEEL AT EASE KNOWING YOU WILL GET YOUR MONEYS WORTH.
New owner, poor service! BEWARE!!!.
From what I gather, the ownership has recently changed to a person named Gale who has very poor customer service and does not know how to communicate with her client base. They were very rude, unprofessional and had no sense of how to run a buisness. The previous owner was kind and did a great job and this is sad because this new person named Gale is going to use and ruin the Gandy Florist name!This lady does not know what she is doing, BEWARE!
