Refreshing air

Boy...Gulf coast installers were on time and ready to work YAHOO!!! They were so informative, honest, dedicated and no other reason, but to work!!! They did an excellent job replacing my whole air conditioning unit (Trane). I recommend these guys highly and the company. Thanks Gulf Coast!

Fixed my A/C, no complaints

The other reviews here are kind of surprising to me. I didn't have any problems with this company when they came out to service my air conditioner. Maybe I got them on a good day, who knows. (The guy who came out said they've been in business in Tampa for like 25 or 30 years, so they must be doing something right.) Anyway, they fixed the leak in my A/C, and were pleasant enough. I have no complaints.

They believe they are above it all and no explanation needed

Unique all right - they do not feel they need to give any explanations of work and materials provided! Do not use them unless you get everything detailed in writing! No short lists!! Best if you can get information from installation manager and not a salesman.
- Pros: good maintenance service in the past
- Cons: terrible at changeout of systems
