Awful the first time, much better 2nd time.... The first time I ordered from Dine One One, I was called after I placed my order to inform me that the delivery charges were changed because the restaurant was too far from my location, which wasn't correct.

A few months later, I decided to give them another try. I went over the resturant details on the site in more detail, making sure that the place was close to my location.

This time, the charges were as posted on the site, and the food arrived in about 40 minutes. We also got a phone call shortly after we ordered to verify our order.

I am willing to use them again, and hopefully the first time was a fluke.

Problems with Dine One One. In concept, Dine One One is a good idea. In reality, watch out! The pricing information on the web site is incorrect in many cases, and the customer service is poor at best. My last order has still not been resolved, with missing food, a promised credit towards my next purchase, and failure to honor that credit.
