My salesman was Orlando. He was absolutely wonderful. I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted and how much I would spend. I had fooled around with another dealership who just played a game with us. They didn't understand that we were serious buyers and we wanted our bottom line up front. Orlando gave me just that. Within 10 minutes we settled on a price and it was just a matter of getting the vehicle and presenting a check. Orlando let us know what we needed to do and where our car was every step of the way. He made the process easy. I would HIGHLY recommend my friends and family to purchase their next vehicle from Kuhn Honda and to expecially call on Orlando.
Bottom line is that your staff is courteous and knowledgeable and that is what has kept me a repeat customer at Kuhn VW/Honda.
Any potentially frustrating aspects of the experience were completely diffused by our service advisor's honesty and communication. Therefore, I ultimately left with the feeling of complete satisfaction with the experience.

SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. Attitudes in the service drive are arrogant and their service is awful. I will be going back yet again tomorrow (3rd time) for the same problem. They appear to do as little as possible and charge as much as they can. After tomorrow I'm going elsewhere.
HORRIBLE - BAIT AND SWITCH. Actually I would rather rate it zero stars! It was the worst experience ever! Check out their complaints on Better Business Bureau before doing business with them. Worked a week with salesman on car that was supposedly in pristine condition. Showed up and the car was covered in dents and scatches AFTER supposedly being in the body shop. Many of the cars are covered with dings, scratches. When the salesman saw that I was unhappy he wanted to upsell me to another car that also had dings and scratches. I made a 2 hour drive to see this car and the pictures that they sent me did not even reflect the damage and condition of the car. The Sales Manager Pat was extremely rude and did not care that I wanted to purchase a car and had CASH. Salesman even admitted that many of the cars they have online are to meerly lure in the customers to purchase a more expensive vehicle. Watch out!
It was a good experience. It was a good experience. I went in there and they were all honest with me. My car had to be there over night and Kyle called me and was honest with me why and gave me a rental car with out charge. I really like the way they took care of me. I liked that they washed and vacuumed out my car. I would like to say thank you everybody for all the great work.
