Great shopping experience. I went to this store to purchase some general supplies and get some custom printing done. The staff was helpful and when I had a question they couldn't answer, they got the manager, Kenny, who answered my question and was very nice. I also dealt with margaret in the copy and print area. She was very help and, quite honestly, one of the most "excited to do their job" type of people I've ever met. Definately exceeded my expectations of going to a office supply store!

Manager had a temper and disrespectful.. I purchased mini disc that didn't work. I tried to take it back with the receipt and after I opened it and they said I can not return the Item. I asked to see the manager and he had a bad temper and said it is not his problem send it to the manufacturer. I told him I had just purchased it that day and he said to deal with it. Unbelievable.

Bill the manager is the worst excuse for management.. The manager Bill was rude and impatient and must have been having a bad day. When we told him we needed assistance he said that the product was what it was take it or leave it and we could buy it there or some where else. I them told him that saying that will make him loose my business and he went on to say that was fine he has enough business and he did not need mine any way. I will never shop at this Office Depot again.
