Give your tastebuds a jump-start with stuffed jalapeno rellenos with goat cheese and one of four different salsas offered. Try the cheese and onion enchilada or the super burrito filled to breaking with chicken or beef and beans, lettuce and tomato, topped with cheese and salsa negra.

Afterthoughts
In addition to daily dessert specials, Tex-Mex also has a standard list of sweets to finish any meal. Give the flan or fried ice cream a taste, but for a more pleasing treat, order the empanadas--fried tortillas filled with warm fruit and sprinkled with cinnamon.
