Rooms to Go. I WOULD AVOID BUYING FROM Rooms To Go! The sales people are friendly and helpful, but the furniture is terrible. We purchased what they said was there top of the line leather furniture. I bought the entire set. We have had it six months. THe cushions are half as thick as they were. The springs on one side of my love seat make a noice when you sit down and we are not fat people. The middle of my sofa sinks further when you sit on it. I had someone come out he said they probably would replace it. I got a call the other day and they said that was normal wear and that they would not be replacing it.
