The most horrible manager ever-not worth the trouble. I called this florist to and ordered a gift basket for my mother in law. I live in Houston and she lives in Tampa so I had to rely on online reviews when picking a florist. I really should have gone with another company. I made the order on Tuesday morning and asked that the basket be delivered on Thursday before noon. The lady who took my order said this would be no problem. So today is Thursday at 1 p.m. and I haven't heard a word from my mother-in-law. I call the florist and ask about the status of my delivery. The owner proceeded to SCREAM at me on the phone for five minutes. I am not even kidding. I have never heard of an owner of any business treating a customer like this. He said that he was doing me a favor by getting the order out and that there was no extra charge showing on my order that denoted I had paid for a timed delivery. After he said, "I'm doing you a favor, sweetie," I told him to cancel my order and refund my money and he slammed the phone down on me. I read a couple other reviews about him being a diva, but I figured they were exaggerations. No. The minute I voiced any kind of displeasure about not having my delivery go out on time, he went off on me. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
