Wow! Perfect!.
My husband and I ate there for the first time last night and all I can think is "when can we go again!". The food was better than Burns and the service was great! I am one of the world’s pickiest
eaters but there was not one thing I would have changed on my order or my husband on his. Well worth the price and a great place for a special night out. We did not have their wine and meal tasting/pairing but we will next time for sure...wonder if I can con the husband into going tonight?
(Grilled Chicken was great as was the fish dishes and the duck duo is to die for!!!)…
Creative Food Excellent service. Can't say enough about this place. I go pretty often and the food is always amazing. We sit at the bar and the bartenders are really friendly and attentive. They always have a very nice wine by the glass and a reasonably priced sparkiling wine. I love the creativity of the chef. He is constantly changing the menu so things are never boring. Definitely reccomend!…
Best creme brulee. Thought my grandmother made the best creme brulee but this restaurant is as good or better.
Pure class and quality. In 23 years as a Tampa resident, I have gone to this restaurant more than any other, and plan to keep it that way as long as I continue to live here. I have never had a bad dish, an inattentive waiter or a bad bottle of wine. Mise is consistent in it's quality and good taste, without being pretentious! I almost always order the "Get Blitzed" tasting menu, which is a set 5 course meal with a glass of a different wine served with each course. (You can order it without the wine at a lower cost.) The chef changes the menu selections every week so you can go back often and never get tired of seeing the same menu. Every dish is a delight to the eyes and the taste. For your companions that wish to chose their own foods, the menu has more creative a la carte selections than any place I know of in Tampa. I have never taken anyone here that was not pleased with the food, the drink, the service and the ambience.…
Great food and atmosphere, reasonable prices. Enjoyed a great meal here. Had the arugula salad and the Indian spiced roast duck the night I went, and was very pleasantly surprised. Portions were larger than I was expecting for such a place, and the menu and cuisine was fresh and inspired, and changed weekly, which is always a good sign. I got the impression that the chef really knew what he was doing and loved cooking, which I love to see. In addition, prices were reasonable for the type of restaurant it was--appetizers $7-$14, entrees $20-$35, and desserts $7. I was expecting far worse. The atmosphere and decorations were also understated and elegant, something I appreciated. My dining partner's meal was also superbly executed, and he was also impressed.…
