Fine dishes with a French accent..
Why Go?
If you sing or play, head on down to Cafe by the Bay, where the blackboard reads "Musicians and Singers Welcome." Otherwise, if you're just hungry and looking for a tasty meal with a French twist at a reasonable price, drop in for dinner with live entertainment.
On the Menu
Chef Andre crams in music nightly. Listen to local crooners and players while dining on roast duck, swordfish filets, or stuffed portobello mushrooms. Eggplant crepes, listed as an appetizer, make a meal on their own with ricotta and spinach. Daily specials add panache to the already tres chic menu.
Early Risers
Chef Andre also opens his kitchen for breakfast and lunch, serving up some of the best omelets in the Tampa Bay area. Lunch fare is more tame than the rest of the menu, but never overlook the dessert menuthere's no telling what Andre has whipped up for your culinary pleasure.

Nice French Style.
The crepes are super, perfect sauce.
I enjoyed the pork chops, the exterior crusting, again was perfect.
My companion love the roasted duck, light and delicious. Asparagus was out of this world.
Service was excellent, my friend also speaks French and had a famous time with the hostess in their native tongue.
Price is a great value for what you get.
