200% Mark up on parts

For example they wanted more than $900 for a simple tune-up and about $100 worth of other parts that were very easy to change. Also, and most importantly, they charged me $90 just to tell me what was wrong with it. This I could have done for free at any Advance Auto Parts Location. Lesson learned. I ended up taking the time to do it myself. In was a total of 3 hours and $170 worth of parts. I saved myself more than $700 dollars.

If your willing to pay the $85 per hour labor, then I suggest that you ask before hand for a free quote and if you can supply your own parts, but I doubt that anyone would be OK with that.

overpriced services

Tires, way overpriced, they put on different tires that you wanted and then charge outrageous fees to put them on. labor-39.99 per tire, and 39.99 for high speed balancing. Of course the disposal/environmental fees are charged at all tire shops, that's the law. No wonder the owner lives in Apollo Beach in a large, luxurious home, because he won't give a break to honest people who did not realize what they were getting into when they take a vehicle there for repair.
