worst service ever....go anywhere else. Ordered flowers for Valentines day, got confirmation number from website. Called the shop on Valentines day about 3pm and was told that they stopped taking orders from the website. I asked about my confirmation number and if I was going go get flowers delivered, and was told that they don't use confirmation numbers. When I asked if I need to come up with another plan or where they going to deliver the flowers? I was told by the rude girl on the phone that she thinks she did the order , but had no way to tell me for sure....to make a long story short...flowers never delivered, girl rude on the phone. To many better choices in Tampa.

Horrible Service. I made an order online to have some flowers delivered to my mother for her birthday the following day. The flowers were never delivered. I never received a call. And when i called to ask what happened I got an attitude from the owner saying she didnt carry the flowers, that they were closed and hung up on me. Horrible service, and very unprofessional.

I love Island Flowers, Mario & Tracy & everyone. I have had great experiences w/ Island flowers and recommend them to anyone, especially brides to be, without any reservation. I even recommended them to Theresa (see her horrible review below), She was being mean and unfair, (even though she is still a friend). All of her wedding flowers were perfect, just as she originally ordered (I was her Matron of honor). She was only upset at having to pay the final bill, because Her and Frank had their marriage annulled 8 days later. She wanted a price reduction because her marriage did not last. ((Truth be told ... Frank (the creep) cheated on Theresa while on their HONEYMOON! That creep. So seriously, use the friendly pros at Island Flowers.

Flowers were not as promised. Island flowers did the flowers for my wedding. I was supposed to have flowers in a garland for the staircase railing, and there were none. I requested that there be no white flowers and there were white flowers in the centerpieces. They also put purple flowers in the centerpieces even though this was not one of the colors of my wedding. Luckily, the bouquet was beautiful. Overall, however, I was very disappointed.
