I've been spending $40k plus a year to have an in house IT tech, who usually fixes things after the systems been down a day or two. Once I heard about Friendly's Managed Services, I realized that downtime on my networks wasn't something that had to happen. Not only do I get flawlessly running computers, but I literally pay them a fraction of what I was paying "The Guy"
Pros: Save money and time.
Cons: You've got to "Fire the Guy"
