Worst Downtown Eating Experience so far!!. Unfortunately, I have eaten here and the service is exactly as described by the last review. AND the food was horrible. 2 chances, both bad. Cheese toast was thrown in trash after 1 bite=( I could have used it as a hammer and the bread smelled old.I gave it another chance since it was close to work. The rice was undercooked and the meat looked questionable. My co-worker went over to get coffee and it was cold. When he asked them if they could put it in the microwave to heat it up they told him no -he threw it in the garbage and walked out. Never again!!

Horrible Customer Service. Since the restaurant does not have a web site listed yet (or ever), I called to ask more information about their food, hours of operation, etc. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude. She actually said they did not deal with websites when I asked if they had one, said goodbye and hang up on me before I could even ask any more questions. If this is the first treatment a customer receives, just imagine their food! Cafe DE Soto is definetely a place I will never go.
