The worst service. trying getting service on and because I dont have a credit history they wouldn't turn it on. I would have to wait 30 days before able to turn it on. They are the worst. I have three kids and sick mother.
Teco's main line is too much in order to get to a coustomer service rep you have to spend a long time working your way through the press button B.S as some one whom has to use TECO it would be easyer to go the the location than to call them the voice automation stinks at best you try to enter numbers it will not except them tried three times today well over 1 hour on the telephone before I go a real human to talk to you folks have a lot of people working for you or that get's payed to play for you should say have them start answering the telephones
