Do NOT take your tv here!

We took our Polaroid flat screen 32 inch there in Jan. 2011. It kept shutting off on its own and would come on when it wanted. We went to check on it and see how things were going and were told that he hadnt got around to look at it yet. Kept going back and calling the shop and asking about our tv, nothing... It is Feb. 2012 and I still have NOT got my tv back. Also I have never heard from anyone either. So basically I paid these people a 45 dollar non refundable fee to keep my tv for me. They suck!

Big savings!!!

My 70 inch mitsubishi dlp gave me a lamp error so I replaced the lamp. I was sad to find out that the lamp did not resolve my issue. I called another shop before Brandon tv because Brandon Tv would not do the work in my home. He explained he had a shop with a ton of equipment to diagnose things at a smaller component level which would cost me less than a guy coming out and swapping more than you need because they cant source problems . I would prefer that my tv not leave my home so I went with the guy who comes to do the work in your home. He had very few tools and even less knowledge. I should have stuck with my gut because the guy that came out told me it was going to require a thousand dollar part. I recalled Brandon tv because he had sounded the most knowledgeable . They came and got the tv for 85.00 dollars. They did all the lifting and my connections and the fee covered the return and setup as well. Better than that they were able to fix my tv for 428.26 and they cleaned and aligned it for free. My money is on Brandon tv next time I have a problem I'm not going to waste my money on another underqualified guy I'm just going to call Brandon Tv the first time.

I broke the screen on my 52" lcd Samsung. I took the lcd to Nathan at Brandon TV. Nathan was the only shop I called that told me I had a fighting chance of repairing the tv at a third to a half of what I payed initially for the lcd. All the other shops I called said it would cost more to fix then it was worth and turned down the job. I had to wait 6 days but Nathan told me he would most likely have to order and he did just that. The job did cost me half the cost of the tv but was well worth it for 473.00 dollars. THE JOB CAME WITH A WARRANTY OF A YEAR. Thats just as long as buying a new tv when I checked in to the purchase of a new one. I am very satisfied to save the money and the picture looks FANTASTIC:) Great small business!!

My Sony fifty two inch lcd had a weird picture. I called four shops and was told my power board or my panel was damaged. I chose Brandon TV because he was the only one whom made me comfortable with his explanation of the diagnostic process. I dropped my tv off on saturday morning. On monday Nathan called and let me know that the tv needed a common software update. The other shops never even mentioned this. I'm glad I didn't take my tv to the other shops I called. Brando Tv only charged me one hundred twenty dollars total. All of the 0ther shops had quoted me three hundred to five hundred dollars. Nathan was the only person who would not price the job until he had looked at the tv. I'm thankful that there are still some honest repair people around. I would recommend Brandon TV to every person who wants honest repair.

I recently took my mitsubishi 73" dlp to Nathan at Brandon TV and saved 480 dollars. I should start by telling you all that my wife recieved an estimate from another shop for a 1000 dollars for a light engine. I was flabber gasted and decided to call a phew shops. It was explained to me by Nathan that they are not modular technicians and that they could repair this unit at its compenent level. Apparently other shops use underqualified technicians who seem to know no more than myself. I was very happy to pay my 520 dollar bill and be able to keep my 4000 dollar mitsubishi. I think the picture was even better than it was before after Brandon TV provided there free cleaning and alignment with every repair. The set looks great and I can't thank Nathan and his crew at Brandon TV enough for the huge savings and three day turn-around. Great work and fair pricing!!
