Very unprofessional!!!!. I would never recommend this place to even my worst enemy! My husband and I dropped off our to tv to get fixed. It was only a year old and the sound wasn't working, but it had a clear picture. We were told that it would take one week for them to order the piece and fix it. Well, after waiting 5 months and countless calls, we picked it up. They hadn't fixed it and were soooo rude! Basically we paid them $45 for them to let our beautiful tv accumulate dirt. They even took the plug in cord and then argued with us that the tv wasn't brought in with one. I wouldn't be surprised if they took out the good pieces out of it to use on other tvs.…
Absolutely Horrible.. The store front should have been a tip off, but hey… it’s Seffner. I took a vintage piece of Stereo equipment in on 12/6/11 for a simple repair and paid a $35 drop off fee. After not hearing anything for almost 2 months I called and was told it would be the next week. I never heard anything more. Finally, I picked this item up the beginning of April 2012 after never hearing anything. Not only was it never fixed it is now scratched scuffed and coated with dust inside and out and now not worth fixing. The $35 is non-refundable. What really chaps me is that the “tech” new exactly how this whole deal was going to go down and never intended on fixing the equipment. Any good reviews about this place have to be written by the random people hanging around this place not even pretending to work.…
Do NOT take your tv here!. We took our Polaroid flat screen 32 inch there in Jan. 2011. It kept shutting off on its own and would come on when it wanted. We went to check on it and see how things were going and were told that he hadnt got around to look at it yet. Kept going back and calling the shop and asking about our tv, nothing... It is Feb. 2012 and I still have NOT got my tv back. Also I have never heard from anyone either. So basically I paid these people a 45 dollar non refundable fee to keep my tv for me. They suck!…
Big savings!!!. My 70 inch mitsubishi dlp gave me a lamp error so I replaced the lamp. I was sad to find out that the lamp did not resolve my issue. I called another shop before Brandon tv because Brandon Tv would not do the work in my home. He explained he had a shop with a ton of equipment to diagnose things at a smaller component level which would cost me less than a guy coming out and swapping more than you need because they cant source problems . I would prefer that my tv not leave my home so I went with the guy who comes to do the work in your home. He had very few tools and even less knowledge. I should have stuck with my gut because the guy that came out told me it was going to require a thousand dollar part. I recalled Brandon tv because he had sounded the most knowledgeable . They came and got the tv for 85.00 dollars. They did all the lifting and my connections and the fee covered the return and setup as well. Better than that they were able to fix my tv for 428.26 and they cleaned and aligned it for free. My money is on Brandon tv next time I have a problem I'm not going to waste my money on another underqualified guy I'm just going to call Brandon Tv the first time.…
Horrible Service TV Basicly Destroyed. I have had the worst experience EVER here at Brandon TV. I brought my 50" Samsung LED TV when I got it back unrepaired, I took it another repair shop. They explained to me that parts were missing out of the set and I would have to replace those first before it could be diagnosed. In the end I reaplaced the missing parts and then the shop also repaired the intial concern with the tv the total repair bill was 110 dollars cheeper than brandon TV. I have filed a complaint with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Hopefully that wil help. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.…
