1. You don't mind paying for their mishaps.

2. You don't mind hundreds of feral cats urinating and leaving fecal matter all over your stuff, including car home and plants.

3. You don't mind all of your belongings being taken from outside your home, or inside your lanai.

4. You don't mind drug dealers living near you.

5. Shall I go on???
