The customer service I receive at Superior Water is the best. I have been a customer of theirs since 2005. The repair service when required is always prompt and efficient. The equipment is very reliable. I highly recommend them.

Superior Water Conditioning replaced our old Kinetico Reverse Osmosis Filter System with a new one. During an evening recently, it shut down. I was unable to get it working that night so at about 7:30 AM the next day I left a message with Superior Water describing my situation. At about 7:50 AM I received a call from Bryan (Superior Water). He proceeded to describe the steps I needed to take to correct the problem. Apparently a small amount of moisture had accumulated on the floor under the sink and this was detected by the Kinetico sensor. I dried the floor area under the moisture sensor and then did a couple of other things including turning the dial to reset the unit-and it “worked.” Brian was very patient with me and guided me through the whole process over the phone. To say the least we were so pleased to have our filtered water flowing again and extremely pleased with the customer service provided us by Brian at Superior Water.

This company is very rare. They still believe in and provide old-fashioned customer service! They have been very diligent about ensuring my satisfaction on all matters regarding bringing up the quality of the well water for our home - NOT an easy task to accomplish! Everyone at Superior Water Conditioning is friendly and accommodating. The techs take their time to explain EVERYTHING. The office staff is always friendly and accommodating. This is a great company. Don't hesitate to use them.

Terrible company to deal with....After finding hard water damage, I call this company to have my system inspect the original one they installed. Well it was determine the pvc tubing was not correctly set up, by his employees. I called and spoke to the office manager to speak about damages. He informed me that they would not be paying for damages, I had gone behind them and undid their work, redid the plumbing they had done incorrectly thus causing the damage to my bathroom tile, marble and glass. Well thank God we have small claims court. See him and this company in court.

Great service!. For over 25 years we've exclusively used Superior Water to deal with the terrible water quality here in northern Hillsborough County. We recently had to replace a couple of worn out parts, and the tech was punctual and efficient in correcting the problem. Funny, it's like dealing with old friends beause it seems that most everyone there has been there for a long time so if we do have a problem we know each other and we know we can trust them to handle it.

Great bunch of People. I've had this service for a long time for 10 years no problems, when I need salt, its there, when I forget and I need service they call me and send me letters to remind me so I can keep the warranty up! The warranty is Great as well!! Can't beat the 10 years that they back the product up and you get what you pay for, the system is amazing! It has saved me on electricity and water, and I rarely need to clean areas like the shower, sinks as well. I talked with a neighbor about it and he spends about 5 times more every month in water and electricity! I love it the most since I never have to mess with timers as well! Literally I can just sit back and watch the game!

No problems. We bought a Kinetico system for our house a year ago and haven't had any problems at all. The system works properly and there have been no break downs or any type of problem requiring service. When the unit was first installed, I had some issues with the drainage pipe being too far away from the exterior side of the house. We have a lawn service and I was afraid that a mower might hit the drainage pipe and damage it. The company gladly sent a service tech out (for no charge) to alter the pipe to my satisfaction. The techs were very friendly and made sure that I knew how the machine works and how to keep it working properly. I'm not sure why the other reviewers here have had such bad experiences and why their systems break down or contain non-branded parts. Perhaps their systems were installed at a time when Superior Water Conditioning provided sub-par work and customer service and the company has since improved.

Do not use. I wish they offered an option for no stars because based on customer service they should not get even one. I have had a Kenetico whole house system for many years now and have ok performance with the unit. The number one problem is that Superior Water does not have a clue as to what good customer service is much less great customer service. Your system will break down eventually and require service and I can handle this but let me explain what you will deal with to get it fixed. You will pay them about a $100 for each time to come and figure out what is wrong and that amount does not get applied to the cost they will charge you to fix the problem. This amount is charged to you regardless of if they were just out to fix the same problem a month before (This is because of the quality of expertise of they're two service techs). They will always put the blame back on you that you were not doing something to upkeep the system and they will have a smug attitude while telling you this. Mind you they are sweet while selling you the system which is a good system at least at first. The key to buisness aside from selling a good system is qualtiy friendly customer service which they do not have. About a year after I had the system installed they sent me a bill for work they did that was actually covered under warranty. Long story short after many arguments on the phone I payed the bill to get them off my back and a couple years later when calling for a service call found I was red flagged as a pay up front only customer before they would agree to come out and fix my system. Lastly you'll find that no one else in a couple hundred mile radius services this equiptment. I would rather go with a lesser quality unit rather than deal with these ignorant smug over charging fools. All they need to learn is a little friendly customer service and they would do just fine. I would probably pay every dime they ask from me even for something I probably do not need if they would just act friendly and treat you like your buisness is important to them. I would like to add that I wrote this not out of anger but complete dissappointment because today I am picking up the phone to start the whole process over that I went through 10 years ago when I was looking for a good system to run my home. Funny thing for Superior is if they had taken the time to invest in me all these years with good customer service instead of all the hassle they gave me the upwards of ten thousand dollars I am willing to spend and will spend soon in putting in a new system would be going to them. All else I can say is beware and good luck if you use them!

Terrible customer service/Bad product. WARNING: If your Kinetico System breaks down (which it will do often), the service techs at Superior Water are LAZY. They will not show up for scheduled appointments. It is then YOUR problem to reschedule. DO NOT USE this company.

Worst Customer Service and VERY Shady Practices. This company has the worst customer service of any business I have ever dealt with in my entire life and they lie every step of the way. We purchased what we thought was a Kinetico system from them. We paid just over $6,400 for a Kinetico water softener, tannin unit, chlorine injection system, and an under the sink drinking water filter. We were told that the system has a 10-year warranty. After two months, our garage flooded and destroyed many of our personal possessions because the installation was not done properly. They did some correction but it took a month of asking to get them to come back out and correctly finish the installation. During month four, the system was no longer functioning because Superior did not set it correctly to filter our water. Later in month four, the system shut down because it could not handle the burden of our water any longer. Superior Water installed the wrong system for the type of water that we have. They told us that they had been out to service our system too many times and would not be coming out any longer. Yes, after four months they were now refusing to come out and service a system with a ten year warranty. After many phone calls and much time they finally came out to honor their warranty. In month eight, valves jammed and gaskets broke and the system shut down again. A year after installation, valves and gaskets started having problems again and we had to manually shut the system down for two days while we tried to get them to come fix it. When they did, they gave us a bill for $97. I disputed the bill because our system was under a 10-year warranty. Joann in the office lied, telling me that she had informed me over the phone there would be a charge. I told her that I this was the first time I had spoken to her about this service. She then backpeddled and said she left me a message which I know that she did not. I asked her why I was getting billed in the first place. She said it was because they serviced the non-Kinetico parts of our system which are not under warranty. I was shocked. After multiple phone calls, I discovered that Superior Water had substituted non-Kinetico system components after I paid for a 100% Kinetico system with a 10-year warranty. When confronted, the sales manager lied claimed he personally had informed us of the substitution of lesser quality components during at the time he sold us the system. I would have NEVER spent $6,400 on a knock off with no warranty. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this company.
