The staff is so kind. I have conversations with them every time that I go into their offices. The value of these apartments is unbelieveable and is what keeps me coming back. Very good compared to others around here.

I have been living here for 25 years in the same apartment! Everyone that comes to visit me always remarks about how nice it is. NO one mistreats anyone and they are always nice and friendly. I love that they offer Bingo!

an amazing experience. Lake Carlton Arms has been my home for over 20 and I have had nothing short of an amazing experience the entire time. There is a real sense of community here, there is even a gang of us that get together for coffee in the morning and go to activities in the clubhouse. No one mistreats you or takes advantage of you here, it really is a great place to live.

Love It Here. Lake Carlton Arms has been my home since 1995 and I love it here. I really appreciate the friendliness of the staff and that they always come right away if you need something fixed in your apartment. Carlton Arms really offers a lot of things that other apartments wouldn't do, and that makes a big difference when you can't do things yourself. -Barbara-
