My boyfriend and I ordered from this place multiple times. They take such a long time to deliver food. For instance, I ordered a 6 piece chicken tenders and two orders of Baklava for delivery and it took them well over an hour to get the food a mere mile away. This is not the first instance of their extremely slow service. Many times have we waited much longer than we were told for mediocre food. Most of the people who we have talked to that work there are very rude as well. I would not recommend Bay Pizza unless you are completely wasted and have no concept of time whatsoever.

You want the Truth!. I have been ordering from this place for about 16 years. I will be honest with you. This is an individually owned establishment so do not expect corporate services. There is probably 5-6 workers total and if you meet a minimum requirement they will deliver almost anywhere. You may receive your order any where from 35 minutes to two hours. They get very busy and are around the corner from the college campus. I have been there and seen up to 20-30 people outside in a line for carryout at one time. I mean come on they are open till 3:30 so get your drink on till 3:00 am and they are still there for you and open at 11:00 am. These guys practically kill themselves everyday to earn a buck and take care of Tampa. I have even ordered from Brandon, Lutz, and Seffner, they said no problem. These guys are Awesome. Im a native and every event I have gone to in tampa and hung out with my friends in a hotel they have always been there for me. Maybe late but they always make it. Give them some credit. Don't you try your best to take care of your family, well I see they do the same as well as there community. I would never order my pizza from any other place. God Bless You Bay Pizza. We love you. You rock! Do what you do and screw all you other BAHUMBUGS who cant understand. I hope you read this before you order so you can keep a clean heart and order before its time to eat not just when you get hungry.

Bad Choice. I ordered 4 things from this place...first they said 45 minutes and brought the food in about an hour and a half. Also, 2 of the things were just nasty and completely inedible. The pizza was pretty good but the messed up every single thing we ordered. Wrong items, wrong toppings...not good

you will regret it. We ordered 3 items, Spaghetti & Meatballs {absolutly no flavor}, Manicotti { Also no flavor}, With 1 of the salads they sent the wrong dressing, I also ordered a strombolli and asked for only pepperoni & mozzarella and got sent a ham & mozzarella. So I called them back and they said they would remake it and send me the right strombolli. This order was originally placed at 7:52pm and it is now 11:02pm and still no delivery of the right strombolli. I have called multiple times and have been told he was on his way .. well that is BS. this place sucks big time.

Its really not that bad. I just want to say that I have ordered from Bays about 30 times and there has only been maybe 3 or 4 times that I've had bad service. But if you go to their store, you can understand its a small company and doesn't have the man power of the major pizza chains.

Their food is, I think, really good for the price. Yes it might take 45-60 mins to get to you, but thats because they have 1 cook and 1 driver, I mean give them a break.

I will agree that their customer service isn't the greatest when you are having a problem. But you rarely need to call back and bitch.

I hate people giving this mom and pop store a bad name because they expect major chain service and tastes. Major chain have chefs and 1000's of workers, you won't get that here.

Here's a great story about them. I ordered one night. They told me 60 mins. After 70 I just called to see if they were coming, within 5 mins they were there and gave me a free 2 liter of soda for being late. The driver was very nice and appologized for his lateness and made it up to me.

I love this place and will always order from here.

Trespassing Thieves. They snuck into the hotel I am staying at and slipped their menus under my door. I ordered from here thinking the hotel had recommended this pizza. WRONG! They never brought my order and still charged my credit card. Don't trust this menu when you get it. They are horrible.

DONT ORDER FROM HERE!. I work at the front desk of a VERY nice hotel in Tampa.

First and foremost, QUIT SLIPPING MENUS UNDER OUR HOTEL ROOM DOOR!

Your service is horrible and you give everyone the runaround.

The food is horrible and the customer service is EVEN WORSE.

Never order from here. Staybridge Suites guests, watch yourselves. If we can't get the menus out before you see them, please don't order from here.

THE WORST FOOD EVER!!!!!!!!!!. HORRIBE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HORRIBLE FOOD!!. Food took over an hour for delivery. Order was wrong when it came to my hotel. Pizza looked brown and old and it was hard. Breadsticks looked like left overs and calzone was disgusting!!!! WORST PIZZA I HAVE EVER ATE and I love pizza!!! I wouldnt even give this place one start!

WORST SERVICE AND PIZZA EVER!!. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!! it took more than and hour and a half to deliver a pizza, wings, breadsticks and a 2 liter of soda. First off we asked for coke and got Dr. Pepper. Next we got a pizza that was totally wrong. We call back and the driver came back after more than 30 minutes and would not give us the right pizza without us giving him the wrong pizza. He would also not give us our money back. He was extremely rude and speed away!!!! When we tasted the breadsticks and the pizza finally they tasted like cleaning fluid. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!!! IT IS TERRIBLE!!!!

Worst Customer Service !. Horrible Customer Service !

I placed an order & not even a minute later decided that we were going to go out and eat instead. I called them back to cancel my order and the person who answered was extremely rude. He told me that he refused to cancel my order & that the manager was away for a month to Europe and they were not allowed to cancel anything which is complete BS ! He then started cursing at me telling me that I had no idea what I was talking about and that he wasn't going to do it. I said that I didn't want it & that I didn't care if it was already charged because all I would do is call my bank and have them reverse the charge which my bank did without any problem. I should have read the reviews before ordering. The guy who answered the phone could barely speak English. I have no idea how a place like this is still in business if you can't even treat your customers with respect. Thank god I changed my mind & didn't have to wait around because apparently they suck at delivering and the food arrives cold. I will be enjoying better food tonight. Don't waste your time with them. They are worthless !
