Negative Experience. A bad haircut is a bad haircut. It looks bad, feels bad and like a hole in one's tooth, you can't keep your fingers out of your hair as you constantly find yet another chunk left too long or cut too short. When I called to complain, I was told to come back when the owner wasn't there. Then I was told nothing could be done w/o the owner being present. When I did speak with the owner, she blamed the client for having not been there before???????? Client won't be there again either.
