To Whom It May Concern

I was shocked to see that

my place of business was

associated with these

slanderous comments. I

did own this house, which

I no longer own. I never

received any rent from anyone living there. As

for the illegal

activity, the police had

my permission to search

the property, and did so

without finding anything.

As for $60,000 worth of stolen property, that is a bald faced LIE. Apparently, you can say whatever you want on the internet, without fear of reprisal. I wish when someone who posts a message like this, they would have the guts to sign their name to it. When and if I ever find out who made these comments, I will be seeing you in court.

The owner supports drugg selling and usage

The owner, Tessie Jane Rogers, owns a drugg house at 507 Murcott, Valrico. She continues to allow her son and drugg selling/user friends to live there as long as they pay her rent. She admitted she bought the house for him so he was not living with her... he is in his 40s. She knows of the drugg activity, murder, and stabbing that is/has happening and/or happened and allows the same people to continue living there. Even after telling the police that she was going to evict everyone including her son, she has not even attempted to do so. She does not care about the safety or property value of the neighborhood as long as she makes money. It used to be a safe, family oriented neighborhood, but that is no longer the case. We can not even go outside without the tenants screaming obsenities or being in fear for our children's safety, yet she does nothing because she is collecting rent. She pretends she knows nothing about it even though she has been told by everyone. The police raided the house and found $60,000 worth of stolen property, which some of the items in her store are probably stolen too, but she'll just say she did not know.
