Finish what you start!. Purchased a condo from Ken Franklin Homes about 18 months ago. Located in Valrico, Pine Knot Condo's. 5 of 24 units occupied, building has stopped. Ken Franklin has about 12 units that are 1/2 to 2/3's completed and he just stopped. Weeds grow around the building and many aree open to the elements. Cannot get a return phone call. Woulnd not recommend Ken Franklin Homes to anyone. No followup, appeares to be to "good" to talk with the people that purchased his properties. Very unhappy and I'm not the only one.
