Really Bad Experience.
We had a group of about 9 people here to watch the UK championship game and it was bad from beginning to end. The main issues were server and even manager attitudes. Servers cussed, complained about taking orders, and then the manager was upset apparently because we asked her to turn the volume up.
The over charged my credit card by 20 bucks or so and when i called back they said it was an error. I look at my receipt and it clearly shows the total. I almost called the police over this.
When i called and spoke with the resort manager she was nice enough and got the charge straightened out. She then gave us a 25 dollar gift cert which makes no difference as we had already left the area.
When going to leave I had to back my car all the way out of their ally of a parking lot. Then the manager screamed at me again that I was going to hit her kia in my brand new Buick Enclave. I was over 4 feet away.
I will never go back here again. Period.
St Pete Beach's BEST SPORTS BAR!. We have alot to offer here Sports, Food, Fun. I have bartended here for 3-4 years now and it has been great. we have all the sports packages and 32 good tvs to watch them on. we have pool tables, arcade games, bowling, golf, and bag toss. Dont forget the air conditioning and great service.
Player's Club St. Pete Beach. Be careful of the overly excitable and angry blond straggly haired manager. She overreacts and is difficult. She has no people skills and is incapable of performing her duties with any degree of satisfaction. My spouse helped a drunken girl who had pulled down an unbolted change machine on her legs. He picked up the machine and got her a chair. I called the bartender's attention to the fact that a machine was on top of this girl and then Miss Bossy-pants came on the scene. She was extremely rude and has consequently lost the business of 3 customers. If her behavior continues, the place will lose any semblance of a customer base.
Located at the Best Western Beachfront Resort, it's got everything a sports bar should have including a DJ..
The Scene
The good thing about this place is that if, for whatever reason, it can't tune in your favorite sporting event you can get your first drink on the house. Otherwise, you can enjoy the game on 32 televisions, including a pair of 10-foot screens.
