Not interested in customers. Went there for a 5:00 movie on a Wednesday, spent $18.00 on the "Popcorn Combo" (2 Medium Drinks & a Popcorn tub.) No trays, so drink fell on the floor. Watched as others tried to make it to their seat. With the economy the way it is you would think businesses would be more attentive to keeping the few of us who are spending what extra money we have.

Great Movie Expierence. I happen to love this theater. Yes I am a teenager and even I think it gets kinda seedy on a Friday night. The customer service is fairly good; a few bad apples but people treat you like a human being not an inconvenience. The food is a bit pricey, but the popcorn is yummy and they have a good candy selection. Staffed mostly by teenagers and the occasional geezer. They show anime movies from time to time like Bleach, Naruto, Pokemon and others. The arcade they have is lacking. The right side of their DDR machine (its a DDR machine but NOT a DDR game) has a broken right arrow and the token machine has been known to eat dollars with no refund. The seats are comfy and the stadium is convenient for people who are short like me. Best time to go is on a Thursday late afternoon right after work to unwind. Its like a ghost town but with cheerful not over worked service. Its also a lot less seedy (even on Friday nights) than Baywalk, another theater in the area.

Good Theatre, Good Location. The theater is awesome. Stadium seating (very comfortable ones at that), clean, great projectors. However, if you go on a Friday night between 6pm-10:30pm, expect to deal with about 50-200 underage tweens (12-15 year olds) wandering around aimlessly out front. They are the only downside to theater, but can easily be avoided by going past their bed time.

Very Nice, but Always Crowded.. The theatre is very nice, stadium seating with good films. Always up to date. The food is good as are the employees. Once seated, the chairs will even recline. I cannot think of a single negative from this company.

Great theater, but horrible service. I really enjoy some things about this theater. The seats are very nice, and the theater is very roomy. The Movies are shown usually without any problems. Unfortunately, on the way into the theater there is major teenage and smokers hangout. Then you have to go through confusing wait lines at the front ticket purchase area, smug cashiers behind the glass, and the ticket rippers have an attitude and never smile. Then when you think it is all over and better service is coming up after spending $10.00, you spend another $10.00 on snacks. The cashiers are munching on popcorn while serving you food, talking to their friends and not you, and they never smile either! I know customer service to be a warm happy feeling and they definitely don't have it. I actually had a ticket ripper roll her eyes at me when I asked her where my movie was. I am glad to hear from other reviewers that it is not just me!

Bad Customer Service. I felt like I was an inconvenience for all the staff at this theater (above all others in the area!) Mostly, it was the concessionists. They were not enthusiastic at all.

While they do have nice seating, I actually got lost on my way to the bathroom.

Digital Projection!. If you have the chance go see a movie in their Digital projection theaters, its crystal clear and the sound is amazing, best theater experience I've had ever.

What's a Pokemon?. It's been quite some time since Pokemon has been on the scene and this theater is worth another look. It's been completely redone and is superb and comfortable. Getting in and out and finding a place to park is so much easier, too. A great staff; super comfortable; a great place to enjoy a movie. Right outside the theater, within walking distance, you'll even find a bunch of great new places to eat!

bucs682002. It was very expensive as far as food and ticket prices. At Movico For a non-manite ticket is $4.50.

But their manite ticket was $5.25. Too expensive in Food and not a good variaty. At Movico Chese Curley Fries, Chicken Fingers, Chicken wings, and the average stuff popcorn, hot dogs, ect.
